Yes! To reduce the wait time when you arrive we have implemented timed tickets.
When you go to purchase your ticket (either at the entrance or online) you will be given date and time options in hour increments. Once you have your ticket scanned at the event, you will be given a group number that will be called out when your trailer is ready. This will shorten your in-line wait so you can enjoy the other activities around Base Camp Ray.
Absolutely not! All guests are safe and secure on the war rigs from enemy or friendly fire. The paintball guns are mounted to the trailers to prevent them from turning around and shooting other recruits. Zombies are not armed, nor are they able to touch any guests.
You don’t NEED to but you will likely want to! You will start the ride with 150 paintballs. If you want more you can either purchase extra pods of 100 paintballs for $5 at the ammo tent via cash or debit/credit card or on the war rigs mid-ride from your commander via cash. The average recruit shoots at least 200 paintballs in a ride. If you purchase more ammo than you needed for the ride, unused ammo tickets can be refunded at the ammo tent after your ride.
There is no minimum age to participate, however all riders must be at least 48″ tall. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a adult, that adult must also purchase a general admission ticket for the ride. Carrying children onto the war rigs is not permitted, neither is having children on laps. Keep in mind, we do not offer refunds for those too scared to ride.
Each thrilling, zombie-killing ride is approximately 15 to 18 minutes long.
Each ticket is good for a single ride only but afterwards you can enjoy our bonfires and marshmallow roasting, mess hall, shooting range, and other activities around the Base Camp.
If you are interested in an experience where you get to ride multiple times, we suggest purchasing a VIP ticket
Glad you asked! You can sit down at one of our many bonfires and roast marshmallows, hang out in our military grade hammocks, enjoy a drink at our bar, test your aim at our Target Training Grounds, or grab a bite at our snack bar or mess hall.
No, tickets are all the same price! Remember, no refunds are offered for children too scared to ride once they arrive so be cautious when buying tickets for children 12 and under.

Absolutely no weapons of any kind can be brought onto the base camp. Again, we will have security performing bag checks to ensure the safety of each and everyone of our recruits.

Yes, the event is held completely outside. Please keep in mind that there may be light dust and smoke in the air from camp. Also, wear comfortable shoes, you are on a real working farm and the terrain may not be completely smooth!
The Outbreak is a rain or shine event. Due to safety regulations, nearby lightning is the only reason we would ever shut down camp.
Instead of fast passes or skip the line passes, we have implemented timed ticketing. This way you can select the hour time frame you’d like to arrive and ride and guarantees no longer than an hour wait time (however most waits are no longer than 30 minutes).
With the implementation of timed tickets, we have shortened the wait time to 1 hour at most. However, most guests’ wait time does not exceed 30 minutes.
